In this Master's Thesis presentation, graduating AMS student Maria Fanelli presents the accumulated knowledge and insights garnered through her experience in founding and developing her company, Work and Life Management, Inc. Blending theory and application from both her AMS work and her practical experience, Maria explores the path where meditation expertise meets the real world. Through actual examples and personal reflection, she shares what she has learned about creating a meditation instructional program, mediation using new online technologies, and other challenges to bring meditation to the public.
